Can I keep my current phone number?

Yes! We can easily transfer (port) your existing phone number over from your current provider. You can request this either during your signup, or by contacting sparrow customer care. In both cases, you will need the following info on record with your current provider:

• Name of current provider
• Name of the Account Holder
• Phone Number Being Ported
• Account Number
• Last 4 Digits of the SSN – Often located on the inside of your mobile device under the battery.
• Password (PIN) associated with the account (Not a web portal password or voicemail password)
• Billing Address

A charge of $6.25 will be added to your account for number porting.
